Student houses are available to view from November for following July letting. If you have sorted out your group number we believe its worth viewing as soon as you can as you have more time to decide on a house without feeling rushed and you have more choice of quality houses in the area at reasonable rents. We often let all our houses before the end of January

1. Contact the managing agent who is advertising the house you are interested in and ask for them to make an appointment with the tenants for you to view the house. We have two agents - Broadcourt 0121 414 1617 or Guild Lettings at the University 0121 415 8376

2. KNOCK on door (don't trust bells) and ask tenants if/when you can view house. This is a good option as you can talk to the tenants, but not all tenants will want to show you around.  Rooms may be messy but any re-decoration and repairs can be done if needed. We like to keep houses in good condition. If you are interested in the house ask the tenants for the the agents details.

As a group you need to decide that you definitely want a house then ring agents office or pop round to see them and tell them you want to make an appointment to sign the standard (oyez shorthold tenancy furnished property).
